The Cellar

Not available for private parties

The Cellar is a one of a kind historic venue containing the entrance to an 1800’s goldmine and the still original bar, which Mark Twain is rumored to have sat at and written about. The Powder Room contains the cave that stored the blasting powder for the old mine. The Cellar is for restaurant use only.

The Courtyard

Will accommodate up to 225

Our serene Courtyard comfortably seats 350 for performances, weddings, religious or spiritual services, fundraisers and other gatherings. This versatile outdoor space is partially shaded by a large gazebo. The entire courtyard is hard-surfaced, and completely accessible to people with special needs. Lovely indoor restroom facilities that comfortably accommodate large groups, adjoin the Courtyard.

GREEN – We are proud of our Courtyard as an example of construction that has been built primarily from recycled and historic materials assembled to create an inviting atmosphere. There is on-site parking for approximately ninety cars.

The original barn built in 1863 overlooks the Courtyard, and along with the goldmine and other history in the Cellar, stand as reminders of times past.

The Glass House

The glasshouse with the walls on will accommodate up to 45. And when the walls come off usually after Memorial Day the gazebo will accommodate up to 85 under the shade cloth.

This venue is used year round. The glass walls come off usually the end of May they get stored in the barn, opens it up into a gazebo setting. Which under the shade cloth can accommodate up to 85 guests. The walls tend to go back on about mid-October. All of this depends on Mother Nature.

It has a propane heater inside which allows us to use it in the colder months with the walls in place.
